Delete your
CalFam account.

You can permanently delete your account directly inside the app. This action cannot be undone.

Delete from the CalFam app

Open CalFam and sign in.
Open Profile, then Account & cloud sync.
Select Delete account and data.
Type DELETE and enter your password if prompted. Apple and Google sign-ins do not require a password on this screen.
Confirm the permanent deletion.

What deletion removes

Deleting your account removes the CalFam authentication account and account-linked cloud data, including your profile and setup, calorie plan and check-ins, workout plans and history, exercise preferences, coach conversations, form-review records, beta feedback, and feedback screenshots.

CalFam also clears its local app data from the device where you complete deletion. If the app remains installed on another device, remove the app or clear its local data there as well.

Apple Health data

CalFam reads permitted Apple Health information but does not write health records. Deleting CalFam therefore does not delete source data stored by Apple Health. You can revoke CalFam’s Health access in your iPhone settings or the Health app.

Retention and help

We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. Otherwise, account-linked information is removed when deletion completes.
